Returns Policy

At NO WORDS ACTIVEWEAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
2. Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
3. Exclusions: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including:
• Underwear
• Swimwear
• Customized or personalized items
If you receive any of these items with a defect, please contact our support team for assistance.

How to Return an Item

1. Start Your Return: To initiate a return, contact us via email at nowordsmiami@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return shipping label.
2. Return Shipping Fee: A flat fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. This applies to all domestic returns. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Prepare Your Package: Once you receive the return label, print it out, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging (if possible), and affix the label to the package. Drop it off at the nearest shipping location or schedule a pickup with the carrier.
4. Processing Your Return: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that the $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

1. Need a Different Size or Color?: To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and specify in your request that you’d like an exchange. If the item you want is in stock, we’ll send it out once we receive the original item.
2. Out of Stock?: If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or store credit for future purchases.
3. Exchange Shipping Fee: The $5.99 shipping fee will also apply to exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Defective or Damaged Items

1. Received a Defective Product?: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or providing a full refund, including shipping costs.
2. Proof of Defect: To expedite the process, please include photos of the defective item when you contact us. This helps us verify the issue and provide a solution faster.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

• Underwear
• Swimwear
• Customized or personalized items (unless defective)

These items are final sale due to hygiene reasons or because they were made specifically for you.
