Through the Platform, the User purchases products directly from LA VIE COLOMBIA S.A.S, therefore, if the User wishes to make a return, exchange or complaint about the quality, suitability and good condition of the products purchased, they must process it directly with LA VIE COLOMBIA S.A.S through the Platform under compliance with the following conditions and procedures:
Procedure, The User must:

Validate if the product you want in the size or color is available. Exchanges can only be made for products with equal value to that initially purchased. If you intend to exchange it for another product of a higher value, you must pay the difference in price.
Make the exchange/return request and send it to the electronic notification address: hi@onehalf.com.co, or via message to WhatsApp or Instagram Direct.
Then you must send the product already purchased to the address in Medellín: Calle 15 #35 – 1, office 401 building C34, in the name of One Half, where the status of the product will be validated; It must arrive with labels and labels, clean, unused and in perfect condition (original packaging). If the product does not comply with the exchange conditions, the User will be informed through an email, call or WhatsApp or Instagram Direct message of the reason why the change will not be made and the product will be sent again. to the initial delivery address.
For customers located in Medellín, Envigado, Itagüí, La Estrella, Caldas, Sabaneta and Bello, the customer will have the option of paying shipping to pick up and deliver the exchange item(s), or pick up and deliver at no additional cost for shipping concept in the showroom located at 15th Street #35 – 1, office 401, building C34. For national shipments, the customer must assume the shipping of the return garment and La Vie Colombia S.A.S will assume the shipment of the exchanged garment (only applies for immediate exchanges, not for use of credit balance more than 3 days after having returned the garment). Additionally, La Vie Colombia S.A.S will only assume up to two (2) shipments per national change of the same order; from the third change onwards, the customer must assume the cost of both shipments.
For customers located in countries other than Colombia, both the shipping and import costs, as well as the shipping costs of the new product, will be assumed by them in their entirety, otherwise La Vie Colombia S.A.S. will not be obliged to send a new product.
Conditions
To make an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, clean, unused, with labels and tags. Under no circumstances will exchanges of products for personal use (panties, thongs, or stockings), jewelry, costume jewelry, personal care products and cosmetics be allowed.

The exchange of a product can be made up to thirty (30) days after receiving the order.

The product must be properly packaged.

The costs associated with the return, including the cost of shipping and return transportation, will not be refunded, unless you have applied a specific promotion that indicates otherwise and for which you must have support.

Promotional Products do not allow exchange or return, except for warranty or quality problems and will not apply for a money back.

Money Refunds: In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined by law 1480 art. 47, the maximum term for THE USER to exercise it is five (5) business days from the delivery of the good. The User must return the product by the same means and in the same conditions in which it was received, and must assume the transportation costs and other expenses involved in returning the good. Once the period of five (5) days has elapsed without having made use of the right of withdrawal, LA VIE COLOMBIA S.A.S will not be able to offer a refund of money, but it will be able to offer a change in the conditions described above. Warranty policy: The warranty term is 60 days for Footwear and 60 days for Clothing, from the moment the User receives the product. The product will be reviewed by the quality department and a response will be given in a maximum of 15 days. If the garment allows repair, it will be repaired, if not, it will be replaced. If the failure is repeated, the change will be made at the User’s discretion.

Only for cases of warranty claims, La Vie Colombia S.A.S. will assume the shipping costs for both return and shipping of the product in cases of replacement, as well as shipping costs and import expenses previously assumed by clients located in countries other than Colombia, after review and confirmation of the validity of the guarantee offered. by La Vie

Exchanges and returns are not accepted in the following cases:

If the garment shows signs of use such as makeup stains, bad smell, stains, etc.
Underwear or stockings would only apply in the event of a factory defect.
Improper washing of the garment. For example, putting it in the dryer, washing at high temperatures, mixing white or ecru garments with colored garments, wringing out the garment, etc. It is important to carefully review the washing recommendations.

Important note: Products on promotion or with special prices cannot be exchanged or returned.

Products that enter VAT-free days may be exchanged for the same product in another size or for another reference (in this case you must pay the difference value).
